To the best of my knowledge there are no free sites or databases from which you can download a copy of these manuals. The only alternatives that seem to be available are to check the various on-line auction sites and/or purchase a copy of either the official Honda CR-V Repair Manual, the Haynes' Manual or the Chilton's Repair Manual.
ADDED: Although the above suggestions are still valid, I did some more research on this question and came up with a possible website.
