You cannot find a Shiny Zekrom in Pokémon Black 2, while Zekrom is available in Pokémon Black 2, it cannot be generated as a Shiny Zekrom since Game Freak placed a Shiny lock on Zekrom which prevents it from generating as a Shiny.

It roughly decreases the rate to 1/42.
