Steves Pages has a PDF manual for hundreds of firearms including the Charles Daly.
Charles Daly has imported semiauto shotguns from Italy and Turkey. Would need to know exactly which Charles Daly you have. You can also check the Charles Daly/KBI website for manuals. email@example.com
I have one if you want it. $90. camo 22in, no front bead, but that is good, you add one you like. barrel is new, unused
350.00 bucks don't let them cheat you.
100-400 USD depending on condition
The value of a Charles Daly auto-pointer would actually depend on a number of factors. The main factor that would be considered would be the condition of the auto-pointer.
Wal Mart baby! Wal Mart has semi auto Charles Daly shotguns (20 & 12ga) for about $320.
Serial numbers are less important in pricing than information on condition .
No. Remington has never made product for Charles Daly. The Remington 'Spartan' line of shotguns is made in Russia, where Charles Daly shotguns are made in Spain, Italy and Turkey. firstname.lastname@example.org
Yes they do now make a pistol grip stock for the pump and auto shotguns. These are being introduced along with Chalres Daly's new tactical shotgun line. More information can be found on the the Charles Daly Defense website or the Charles Daly forums. http://www.charlesdalyforum.com http://www.charlesdalydefense.com/shotguns.asp
The current value of an ithica gauge over under with vented rib barrel and auto injectors is $1200.
I don't know if there are aftermarket youth stocks, but Charles Daly manufactures both the VR-MC Pump and VR-MC Auto 20 gauges in youth configurations with short stocks and barrels. The autoloader weighs in 18 ounces (approx. 1/6th) lighter than the Remington 11-87 Sportsman youth.
Assumeing the gun is loaded I would guess the fireing pin is broken. It could also be that the bolt is not going full forward into the chamber.
Check the receiver and barrel
Should be marked on the barrel
mabye, id recomend a single shot .410 or an over under 28 gauge greatwhite1974 answers : YES ! a 20 guage auto would be excellent for you. The gas operation lowers the recoil to a very mild kick. My 11 year old shoots a 12 Guage Daly Auto and loves it. A 20 Guage single shot gives you the full felt recoil of the round.
In a range of $200 to $250 if in great to good shape.
Charles Daly Shotguns madde by Akkar were built with cast inferior locking blocks in the bolt assembly. It is fairly common for them to break and crack. Numrichs sells replacement parts and Samco Global Arms Inc now sells the Akkar line of shotguns, but will not fix the older Charles Daly guns. You might be able to buy parts from them for your Charles Daly guns. So much for the lifetime warranty that Charles Daly offered. Walmart and several local dealers where still quoting the lifetime warranty even when Charles Daly had already gone out of business.
Browning did not offer one, but you may find an aftermarket Hastings barrel (www.hastingsbarrels.com) that will do the trick.
It was the Auto/ Burglar gun in 20 Gauge.
