They don't do stomach transplants. During elective weight-loss surgery the majority of the stomach can be blocked off or sometimes removed, and when there is stomach cancer, the stomach is often removed, but they don't replace them because stomachs aren't seen as "essential." ... They can do other things besides risking the rejection of an organ to take care of stomach issues.
Please see your doctor if you believe that you need to have surgery on your stomach.
