There are many different bronze alloys but modern bronze is typically 88% copper and 12% tin. however celestial bronze is 90% copper and 10% tin.

Simple: Just get some regular bronze, then heat in lava/magma from Mt. Etna, then cool it in some water from the River Lethe.
