Go to your local Social Services office. I know in CA they have a sort of welfare for single persons. Not sure of the qualifications, but you're homeless and I assume you have no job. If they can't help, ask them for a list of local shelters. Shelters usually have programs to help you get on your feet. Now, they will have curfews and rules. Follow them to the nail, and you will succeed. == There are lots of social service agencies who can take a willing and determined person and help them do what they must to become employed and then to make a home.
You don't say what led you to become homeless, but hopefully you have reconsidered the choices you made along the way. This will help you move forward in life. The Salvation Army and other local agencies are good places to start. Definitely see about earning your GED if you do not have a high school diploma.
