Savage offered these special edition guns in 1991-1993 in 7x57mm, 250-3000 and 300 Savage. They came with high gloss blueing and 2X Fancy Walnut Stocks with factory sling swivels and a Red Savage Solid Rubber recoil Pad. I heard their was only one thousand made, perhaps it was one thousand of each caliber. I just bought one new in the box from a dealer in Pittsburg. The early ones came with open sights the last photo I have from 1993 shows no sights on the barrel.
