A web search (or Google search) for: treasure planet movie clips will produce many options to choose from. (Whether or not you can download the clips is another story though).
Or you can download Treasure Planet clips from torrents via P2P file sharing programs.

A lot of people like Sony Vegas software, but I find WMM much easier to use. Maybe because I have only used Vegas a few times, but WMM is easier to work with, even though Vegas has more effects.
Well, there's Sony Vegas, it's higher quality than Windows Movie Maker, but Sony Vegas comes with a trial and after the trial you have to pay. But for Windows Movie Maker, the quality sucks. but it's free.

You can't, as Movie Maker is too basic. You'll need Vegas Pro or Premiere Pro or something like them. They are wrong >.< just youtube it. or google chroma key WMM (windows movie maker you will find it trust me)
Adobe Premiere, Vegas Pro and Windows Movie Maker all have easy-to-use interfaces.
