A lot of people like Sony Vegas software, but I find WMM much easier to use. Maybe because I have only used Vegas a few times, but WMM is easier to work with, even though Vegas has more effects.
The overall quality of videos created in Windows Movie Maker depends on the source of media imported (high-quality, vhs quality, HD, etc.) . If you are trying to make video you have in your movie look better than the source actually is, you can't.
Video Pad or Video Spin.
You can't have more than one clip in use at a time on the Video track in Windows Movie Maker.
Speeds faster than 1x does not support audio in Windows Movie Maker.
You can't get any more effects than are currently offered with the Essentials version of Windows Live Movie Maker. Sorry.
Adobe Premiere and Final Cut are definitely a step-up from Windows Movie Maker, and are the most known and popular for making professional/more professional movies. The down-side, though, is that neither of them are free, and can be expensive. Besides those two, I really don't know of any free tools that are better than Windows Movie Maker.
im afraid i cannot answer that directly however there is a free installation you can download called AVS video editor that does all the features of windows movie maker and more! its safe and much easier to get your movie onto than windows movie maker, i hope this helped
I wouldn't say they are better (the free ones that is), but you can try Video Spin or Video Pad as an alternative to Windows Movie Maker. Other than that, you might have to invest a bit of money for other video editing software applications such as Sony Vegas, Magix Movie Edit Pro, etc.
maybe an Apple computer, because they have a movie editing thing that might be better than a PC's windows movie maker.
Windows Movie Maker has many effects. Probably more than you would ever use in a project. I estimate the program having at least 15 to 20 effects to choose from. Mind you, I have never really counted them.
You have to really look at the Time-line when adding pictures to a project in Windows Movie Maker. Something is not exact if your video is longer than the original project.
Try Windows Movie Maker. If you want better editing facilities you will have to buy software, shouldn't cost more than £60.
