Typically, the model and serial number are on the bottom or back of the actual product. So turn it over to look underneath, or turn it around to look on the back side. Sometimes, a product might have it on the side instead. Look for a silvery colored label stuck to the product. (Never remove this label.) Some products emboss the information into the product on a plate attached by rivets or small screws.
