If you want to negotiate find a newer used Harley which is your best deal anyway. The only time you may be able to negotiate would be during the off season (depends where you live) when the previous years models are still on the floor. You might be able to get an accessory credit or something though, just don't expect great deal on a new Harley....ever. Ride safe.
