You should be able to see the tree of wisdom when you have finished the adventure mode. It will appear in Crazy Dave's shop and will cost $10000. The tree of wisdom will give you helpful tips or things that you may already know.

∙ 13y agoA tree that tells you things like appereace cheats, menu hints and tactics. It costs 10,000 coins from crazy dave's shop( you need to find his key to unlock his store). You need to give it special tree of wisdom food (2500 from crazy dave' shop) to grow it bigger. You need tto finish the game also. The Zombies arn't going to die while you read this, go LILL SOME NOW!!!

∙ 10y agoIt will keep growing and growing. As it grows, it will say something secret within the game. After the 1000 wisdom tree fertilizer, it will stop saying secrets and this would be the final benefit of Tree of Wisdom. You can still grow Tree of Wisdom but will not give you any hints anymore.

Many of the codes / cheats in Plants Vs Zombies will only be allowed if you have your tree of wisdom grown to a certain height. There are several sites that contain codes and cheats for Plants Vs Zombies, but the only thing I have ever seen actually "cheat", like unlimited sun, etc, are all trainers. I cannot speak to trainers, they can be unstable at best and can cause the game to crash, but I have put a link below to a site that has codes and unlockable items that you may find useful.
