The Inca civilization settled in present day Peru.
Nobody MADE the Inca. The Inca were "created." Their story is that the Inca King sent his wife and father to walk across the land with a staff. Wherever the staff would land, that is where the people would settle. After a thousand years or so, the Spanish came along and took all of their gold and llamas and killed almost all of them. I hope that this helps!
The inca were very creative. They produced their own food through photosythesis. They were very sucessful farmers and producers of their own food. The andes was a tough place to settle into but the incas figured it out.
The Inca Empire settled in the Andes Mountains of South America, with their capital located in Cusco, Peru. They expanded their territory to include present-day countries such as Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, and parts of Chile and Argentina.
