Farnsworth didn't invent the television.

John Logie Baird demonstrated his television to the public in March 1925 at Selfridges department store in London. He called it the Televisor and it was Baird's system that was used by the BBC to start television broadcasts in 1929.

Philo Farnsworth demonstrated his in 1928, three years later.

Both Baird's and Farnsworth's televisions were electro-mechanical, that is they had moving parts that were required to create an image.

However, Farsnworth is credited with the worlds first fully electronic television, shown off in 1929. This model eliminate all moving parts and was a step towards higher definition television. His electronic system was put into service in the US in 1939.

In 1668 the first inventer of television was Aryan Tyagi he was a sientist he was inventing the first computer but by chance he got a nice idea of television he took 2 years to invent it but he thought before using it he should tight all part's for a succesful starting. He had two friend's Tushar Yadv and Raghav Agarwal, Aryan thought they both would give him a good idea but that happened no one can thought of it they both stole Aryan's paper of invention where Aryan had written his information of making the computer and stole the first television and Raghav was the head of Tushar and said raghav i am the head so i am taking the t.v and you will take computer Tushar wasn't satisfied they both started arguing but raghav was head so he got the t.v and they both ran from there and Aryan's 2 year's hard work was stolen after that day he never experimented.

Work began in CA in 1926, and first "single-line" was imaged with an image dissector and displayed on a "crt" TV receiver in another room. Sept 7, 1927 was the date, and the building that took place in was at the corner of Sansome and Green Sts. in San Francisco.

Philo Farnsworth didn't actually invent the television. He was one of several talented engineers who contributed to modern television but it was actually John Logie Baird, a Scotsman living in London who built and demonstrated the world's first working television in 1925.

Farnsworth demonstrated his version of television in 1927 in Pennsylvania. Both Baird's and Farsnworth's televisions were electro-mechanical. However, Farnsworth demonstrated the first fully electronic television in 1929. This was the same year that the BBC began regular broadcasts in the UK with Baird's electro-mechanical "Televisor" system.

Only a short time later, Baird and Farnsworth joined forces to develop an improved fully electronic system in a bid to supply it to the BBC for a conversion to a new format. The BBC actually chose a competing system.

Both of these brilliant men made a huge contribution to the industry and the television we see today operates on exactly the same principles develop and improved by them.

Philo Farnsworth did not produce the first television so it is wrong to refer to him as the inventor of television. Having said that, he was the first to produce a fully electronic television system. John Logie Baird developed the first working system in 1925 but it used a spinning disc to build the image. Farnsworth's first demonstration also used electro-mechanical methods to create the moving image in 1927. Just two years later he had improved the system to eliminate the moving parts.

Although both Baird and Farnsworth reached these hugely important milestones in the development of television, they were not alone in researching and experimenting. Many others had been working at making television work and most people would agree that the combined efforts of inventors around the world supported the work of Baird and Farnsworth. What is notable about them is that they both took ideas of other people and formed them into a successful system. The television was developed in a time where electronics and mechanical engineering were being pushed to their limits. Great credit has to be given to both of them for making a complex product with little support from others around them. Such is the nature of inventions that credit is given to those who have the inspiration to create a new product from other incomplete technologies.

It is worth noting that Baird and Farnsworth joined forces in the early 1930s to develop a system that improved on their separate efforts. Although little is known about their working relationship, it is clear that each had a great respect for the other and their abilities.
