Hamburgers were invented in 1885 by a man named, Charlie Nagreen. He served the first hamburger at the Seymour Fair (Seymour, Wisconsin). He got the idea of flattening a meatball between a couple of pieces of bread so, it could travel. So the Hamburger's homeland is Seymour, wisconsin. Hope I helped! :)
