Peter Randall-Page was born in Essex in 1954. After studying sculpture at Bath Academy of Art (1973-77) Peter Randall-Page worked on conservation of 13th Century Sculpture at Wells Cathedral (1979) followed by time spent studying marble carving in Carrara, Italy on a Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Travel Fellowship (1980). On his return to the UK he worked at his studio in Camden, London before moving (1986) to Devon where he continues to live and work. He has visited and made work in Australia, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Uganda and the USA.
