The KKK was very active before 1915. They began soon after the civil war to threaten and scare the exslaves. In the 1920's they held a convention in Washington DC and marched line by line down Pennsylvania Avenue. They also ran a man for president, but when it was discovered he murdered a woman he had to drop out. The main headquarters of the organization for years was in Tennessee.

There weren't. The Klan disappeared in the late 1800's and didn't re-emerge until 1915. After 1915, there were companies that made collector's knives for the Klan.
