the filter is inside the transmission. the transmission has to be disassembled to get to it.
Likely your transmission is dying. Google "odyssey transmission" and you will find lots of reports about problems with 2000- 2004 Odyssey transmissions. If you are persistent enough, Honda might help some with the repair.
Pull the transmission oil pan and the filter should be inside.

NO!If you are talking about the Engine Oil Filter, then the answer is NO! You will find it screwed on to the block somewhere on the engine. If you are talking about the Transmission Fluid Filter, the answer in most cases is Yes. Most transmission filters are located inside the transmission and access is gained by removing the pan. But on some like Honda, the filter can only be accessed by disassembling the transmission. These are considered a lifetime filter.
