I choose Stacked Evidence in this selection from the paragraph six Landfills: Are They Safe? the author states "We have learned that it is only a matter of time until even the best engineered landfill with state-of-the-art design will leak, it is stated by the Director of the Center for Health, Environment. It has only one side in this particular passage and does not tell of the advantages of the landfills being safe and how they could help until the passage thirteen but, never mentioned in the sixth passage.
