No, they don't. Not one of these are Scottish. Kilts are Irish, the Bagpipes are Irish, haggis was invented in Rome, whiskey is Chinese (or Italian, both discovered it independently), porridge was found inside bog bodies 5,000 years old in Scandinavia and Central Europe and tartan is English.
