Historically, it has had better climate than the rest of the country, as the north is dominated by the Chihuahuan and Sonoran deserts while the south has a tropical climate and poor soils.
Also most of the central plateau is of volcanic origin, having better soil which has allowed large-scale agriculture. As a result, there is an increased population density.
Actually, most Mexicans live on the south-central part of Mexico, along the highlands known as the Central Mexican Plateau. Due to the high elevation of 1500 m (5000ft) above sea level, most town and cities within the plateau have warm temperatures and rich soils, unlike the scorching deserts to the north and the suffocating rainforests to the south.
The plateau itself is the result of volcanic activity, allowing fertile soils. It also has a high elevation above sea level, resulting in temperate climates -- unlike the scorching deserts to the north, or the suffocating jungles to the south. In ancient times, a combination of both soil and gentle weather meant higher crop yields and in turn, higher population densities.
You should note however, that the plateau is not a small strip of land: it covers 30% of the Mexican territory (or 601,882 km2 / 232,388 sq mi) or slightly less than the size of Texas. On a more international scale, the Mexican central plateau is almost the size France, or the same area of the whole Iberian peninsula (Spain and Portugal put together).
The main reason for this is that most of the Mexican Central Plateau has temperate, constant temperatures and a more gentle weather - unlike the suffocating deserts to the northwest or the hot and humid tropical regions to the south. It also means more fertile land, allowing for increased agriculture and population densities.
It has milder climate and better soil for agriculture, in contrast to the suffocating deserts to the north and the tropical climate on the coasts. This in turn allows for more intensive agriculture and a higher population density.
Historically, it has had better climate than the rest of the country, as the north is dominated by the Chihuahuan and Sonoran deserts while the south had a tropical climate.
Because they want to. :)

Thousands of people live in Turkey during thr 4th century. Perhaps the most famous was St. Nicholas of Myra.
There was one for both, but when most people say 'eighteenth century' they mean AD.
You dont *need* DHCP in AD. Although most people just use it anyway. However you do need DNS in an AD.
until around 15,000 years ago, based on the evidence of the Clovis culture. However, some newer findings suggest that humans could have been present in the Americas earlier than previously thought, possibly as far back as 20,000-30,000 years ago.

It was continuing to spread around the globe from its Middle Eastern start. Most would see the acceptance of the religion by the Roman Emperor Constantine as the 'central' point of it in 325 AD.
The first people to live in Florida were the PaleoIndians around 12,000 BC. This developed into the Woodland People by 500 AD. Then in 1200 AD, the Mississippi People ruled Florida. Juan Ponce de León came in 1513.
The Aztec civilization qualifies as such.
