look under the hood for the emmision label,1 will go to the m.a.p. sensor,one will go to the fuel tank vent hose etc...
put new gasket on the intake manifold and bolt carb down to intake manifold and hook up all linkages and hoses.
hook a vacuum gauge up to any of the rubber hoses that are coming out of the intake manifold, such as the brake booster....
the hoses hook to the back of the engine one on the right and one on the left, best way to work on these is from the underneath.
Large vacuum leak. Check the hoses that hook to the intake manifold.

Remove bolts, connectors and hoses. Replace. Hook up hoses, conectors and replace bolts. That easy!
The TPS is on the throttle body opposite of where the cables hook on.
cut all the hoses and wires and hook a chain to it and rip it out.
There should be a vacuum port on the back of the intake, behind the carburetor. It has to have vacuum on it at all times.
The front of the transmission just below where the cooler hoses hook up.
