The correct name for the coil that leads to the spark plug is an ignition coil. If you go to a parts store and ask for anything else they will not know what you are talking about.
all the spark plug wires go to the distributor.
When you look at then engine you will see 4 thick black wires that go 4 identical connections on the top of the engine. These are the spark plug leads. You pull each one upwards and out carefully and spark plug is at the bottom, screwed into the cylinder head.
it goes 246 on drivers side 135 on passenger side
What is spark plug's position? tell me.
i think it should be the same as any other car you have 4 leads that run across your engine pull them off by hand then you will need a spark plug socket and ratchet unscrew them and replace try not to over tighten them attach the leads and away you go
Spark plug wires go from the distributer to the spark plugs which are located just below the valve covers between the exaust ports.
one end on the spark plug and one end on the distributor unless you have individual coil packs
0.031 thousandths with spark plug gap tool or just plain 31 as I go by.
That's not really what's going on. The coil makes the spark, the distributor distributes the spark to the correct plug. If the distributor is not in the correct position, the spark does not go to the correct plug, or goes to the correct plug at the wrong time.
