The washer fluid containter is in the cargo compartment; I believe on the right hand side. There is a little compartment that contains the washer fluid reservoir.
The rear washer gets its fluid from the same reservoir located in the engine compartment, it is simply piped to the rear via a long hose. If the rear washer doesn't work there are three possibilities: the tube is blocked - the spray head is obstructed with crud - or the rear pump has failed. I have a 2000 and just recentlymy windshield washer pump failed.
