The Power Steering pump/reservoir is on the passenger side of the engine along with everything else that's belt driven. The pump on my '96 is down a bit and toward the rear
of the car. You'll recognize it by it's black cap (this is where you add the fluid) and two pretty
big hoses coming from the body of the pump.
If you can't find it, drop by your local Auto Zone and ask them to help you locate it. It would be a good idea to buy your fluid from them ;)
