The same place that is used for filling for the front wipers is the same for the rear as well. If no wash fluid is getting to the rear section, you may have a blockage anywhere in the line. Many times the blockage will be in close range to the nozzle where the wash fluid comes out. Check for kinks in the line where cornering occurs. You may also want to check the where the split in the line is for its path from the front of the van to the rear, and remove the line to see that fluid will flow out from the split. This will help in knowing that the blockage is at the front, or that it is toward the rear.

It is possible because it is out of fluid. A differant reservoir is used for the rear window washer. The reservoir is located just above the drivers side rear tailight when you have the hatch open.

There is no separate washer fluid reservoir for the rear washer. It all works out of the front reservoir.
The windshield washer pump is attached to the washer fluid reservoir. You will find 2 pumps attached to the reservoir. The other pump feeds the rear window. The reservoir can be unbolted and removed from the engine compartment.
