The washer fluid for the liftgate is supplied by the same reservoir for your windshield that is located in your engine compartment
The same reservoir as the front wiper fluid. If the rears is not working then it may be frozen or blocked.
I have a 1993 Ford Explorer. There is no fill plug for transmission fluid. I imagine that the 1994 Ford Explorer would be similar. To fill, use a funnel and pour the transmission fluid directly into the tube that holds the dipstick. Do not fill past the full line on the tank below.
They both pull from the same reservoir.
it feeds off the main washertank,
Remove the fill plug from the 2001 Explorer differential. Remove the cover from the head to allow the fluid to drain. put the cover back on with a new gasket, then fill the unit up through the fill hole.
The fill tank for the rear wiper fluid on a 2005 Z71 is actually the same tank as for the front windshield. If the rear washer is not working and the tank for the front is full, then there might be a problem with a fuse or a hole in the line.
The fluid can foam and cause slippage and/or blow out seals.
There will be a fill plug on the side of the trans, fill it until fluid comes out of the hole and seal it back up.
the rear washer pulls from the front...fill the front end and the rear should work.
it comes with the dog dish when u go to fill it!
A 2013 Ford Explorer has a gas tank size of ( 18.6 U.S. gallons )
