If the 2003 model is similar to eariler models, the washer fluid comes from the reservoir under the hood and is the same supply for the front washers. Hard to believe but a small hose runs all the the way from the front of the vehicle to the rear window on my 96 Tahoe.

Replacing windshield wiper fluid is very easy to do in a 1995 Chevrolet Blazer S 10. The washer bottle is located under the hood. There is a small plug at the bottom that will drain any remaining fluid. After the old fluid is drained, replug the bottle and fill with new fluid.
In my 1995 Prizm, just pop the hood, and the washer fluid tank was to the upper right. Pop the top on it, and fill to 'full' line.
the fluid for the rear wiper comes from the same reservoir as the front windshield wipers. it is located in the engine compartment by the fuse box. the rear windshield wiper will run out of fluid before the front wiper though, so just make sure the reservoir is full
The rear window wiper uses the same fluid reservoir as the front, it just has a separate rear window pump attached to the fluid bottle under the hood.
A Dodge Dakota does not have a rear washer fluid reservoir. On most newer vehicles the washer fluid for the rear windshield comes from the washer fluid reservoir from under the hood. If you are not getting wahser fluid to the rear windshield it could be that the line is frozen or clogged with dirt or the line could be disconnected somewhere.
