where do you add manuel transmission fluid on a 1991 geo storm 5 speed
manual transmiissions theres a fill plug on the drivers side take the wheel off and youll see it next to the cvjoint

maybe your transmission is going out or you dont have sufficent transmission fluid.
Should be a plug at the side or the transmission - fill to this level
Many of the newer vehicles do not have a transmission dip-stick. There should be and inspection/fill hole on the side of the transmission. Remove the plug and fill with with the proper fluid untill the fluid is at the bottom of the fill hole.
Near the back of the Engine in the middle.
remove dipstick and place a funnel into the tube ..voila..only add while the car is running and in park ------------------------------------------ If this is a manual transmission, there is 2 big bolts on the driver SIDE of the transmission around where the axle slides in. The lower is for draining, the upper is for filling. Fill until oil pours out of the fill hole.
Remove the transmission dipstick and insert a funnel into the metal tube. Be careful you don't over fill though.
