A replacement clock face can be found on eBay, Amazon, Clock Works, Craft Time Clockery, The find, NG Clocks, The Clock Smiths, Tick Tock and Clock Kit.
You can buy a replacement spring from here: http://www.garagedoorpartsllc.com/ . You should get a professional to install it, though.
Depending on what model, you may be able to find a replacement at a hardware store.

just get a spring the same length at any hardware store (also if you get a stronger spring your gun will shoot farther so keep that in mind).
I don't know but by clock is gone all haywire too. I'ts on but unreadable. I havn't been able yet to find a replacement one yet.
It will stop working along with cruz control, voice control, and volume when the wires on the clock spring wears. The clock spring holds all the wiring going to the controls on the steering wheel and allows the steering wheel to turn without damaging the wires. The clock spring makes everthing run smoothly in terms of the wheel turning. The clock spring is located under the plastic on the TOP of the steering wheel. You will find all the wires are connected to it. It usually goes out after years of turning and wear and tear.

I would tell you specifically but I have a lot of luck with a lot of spring companies. So just do a general search and you will find lots of companies with stock or custom springs that are willing to help. The replacement springs are not as expensive as you may think. Many of the companies are willing to match springs so save the broken pieces and send them to the companies you find, you can even photocopy the spring to send to them. If you do photocopy the spring place a ruler next to the spring so they may better determine the size.
