Mr. Backlot's garden. Ok, so go south of Hearthome City. (Also after you have National Dex) and go past all those police guards (At day they say hello and stuff like that BUT at night they battle you so I prefer at daytime you do this.) go into the big house, Mr. Blacklot's Mansion. Go into the hall at the right and into the office. (it's the only OPEN room in the hall.) talk to the guy in front of you. (MAKE SURE YOU SAVE BEFORE!) and he says about a Pokemon coming up to him and giving him a smooch on his cheek. BUT it's different every time. (EXAMPLE: HE MENTIONS A MEOWTH, HAPPINY, OR SOMETIMES EVEN A IGGLYBUFF.) So THAT'S why you saved! so turn the DS off, and turn it back off and go back to your file and talk to him. Do this until he mentions an EEVEE comes up to him and gives him a smooch on his cheek. WHEN HE DOES AND IS FINISHED TALKING SAVE! Then go to the Trophy Garden (In the back through the door behind the maid you saw when you entered the mansion. is the Tall Grass you'll uncommonly find some WILD EEVEE coming and for me it got really common! (AND WHEN YOU GET A BOY AND GIRL EEVEE) you can go to Solaceon Town and go and put them in the Day Care Center together and after a little bit they'll produce BABY EEVEE EGGS! (like in the other games talk to the old man outside and make sure there's room in your party.) P.S. it's easier with the Day Care App you can get from a little man sitting is a chair at a table inside the Day Care Center. If an egg appears between the 2 EEVEE that means there's an egg! sometimes you'll have to tap the touch screen to refresh it.

After you beat the elite four and get the national dex, you are able to get a eevee. There are two ways to get eevee 1. Go to bebes house (left of hearthome Pokemon center) and she'll give you a eevee level 5. 2. Answer both the guy in the Pokemon mansion and he'll tell you about a Pokemon he saw in his garden. It's rare he'll say a eevee but it's possible. (if he says eevee look in the corners of the trophy garden it's possible to find a eevee)
How do you get claceon in Pokemon pearl?
To get Glaceon in Pokemon Pearl you need to catch an Eevee and take it to the northern part of Route 217. Here you should find an ice covered rock next simply level up your Eevee near this rock and it should evolve into a Glaceon.
