The blower motor on a 1992 is located under the hood. It is on the firewall on the passenger side.
Drain the radiator on the 94 Regal. Remove the water pump belt (remove the fan and shroud if necessary.) Unbolt the water pump. Install the new pump, then reverse the instructions to finish the installation.
That depends if it's a Gran Sport model or not. The Gran Sport had 16" tires. Check with any tire store to find out for certain.
Did you check your thermostat. another reason could be your heater core is plugged.

Alfa Romeo Gran Sport Quattroruote was created in 1965.
Check with any place that sells tires. If it's a Gran Sport, they're 16", others are 15".
You can put a 15" or a 16". You can check with a GM dealer's service center about tire sizes, but the Gran Sport has 16" wheels.
