It is probably under the back seats along with all the other tools you need to lower the spare.
To remove the spare tire from a Toyota Estima, insert the jack handle into the hole provided in the rear bumper and turn clockwise. Turn counterclockwise to return the spare tire holder to normal.

First find your platonic jack or scissor jack from your owner manual. Than using the rod that raises the jack. Go to the back driver side find small hole in the rubber panel insert the rod and turning counter clock wise lower the spare tired you'll see what to do from there
