Where do you get Eevee in Pokemon Diamond?

ok so you get the National pokedex and you go to hearthrome city. the house next to the Pokemon center . go inside. talk to bebe. She will talk to you. then,she will give you an Eevee to help complete theNational pokedex then, use the pokeradar(after you use a max repel), which you get after talking to oak, who you meet after you get theNational pokedexand go outside. use the pokeradar on route 218 in the grassy part, the one with moving gold sparkles is a ditto( there will be alot of dittos coming up), then put the ditto and Eevee into the daycare in solceon town, and you will have millons of eevee eggs.

Once you've got the NationalDex you can get one from Eevee and in the Trophy Garden.

well you need to beat the elite 4 and then get the national dex then go to beebe and she will give you a lvl 5 eevee.

If you want another eevee you can get it in the Pokemon mansion.Just talk to the owner and say yes to his 2 question,but it takes time b4 he say eevee was in his garden.

you can get an eevee from BEBE in hearthome next to the pokemon center, not from eevee.
