Once you get the National Poke Dex you go to Bebe's place or whoevaa you have and talk to them, ( next to the poke centre ) keep on talking to her and then at last she'll say " Do you want a Pokemon named Eevee " ? and you say yes or no. That's how you get your 1st Eevee and the other way is you go to the trophy garden and talk to the owna and he'll say he was kissed by a cute Pokemon. Sometimes its a eevee but sometimes it's not. Don't worry if it's not because eevee is really rare to find in the wild. If you don't wanna wait a day to find an eevee just breed it with another Pokemon as long as the eevee is a girl or the other Pokemon your gonna breed it with is a ditto.
