Well, most motor oils will do you just fine. Avoid the cheap/general labeled brands. It might be recycled motor oil. Generally, always use synthetic oils such as Mobil 1, Valvoline and Quaker State. If you want to get the best oil, try Royal Purple, Red Line or AMS. However that might cost you $6 bucks per bottle. But I have got +1 mpg using AMS. Honestly, though, regular motor oil will perform just fine for practical applications.
