You don't get it somewhere.It was distributed in an event that ended already.If you want it then you will have to get an action replay,go to Google and type in action replay codes for Pokemon platinum,and enter it.Just scan through the page and one entry will say www.neoseeker.com.Click on that one and look through the codes.If you are interested in Arceus,Darkrai,and Manaphy, there are codes for them to.When printing down the codes, there are tiny words next to the names of the codes.They might say Japan,US, or Europe.So if you have a US platinum version look for codes that say United States.
