Where do you go from here to trouble shoot an electrical problem on a 99 Saturn SL-2 ac fan daytime running lights and ABS are not working ac clutch and fan all work when hot wired directly to the bat?

Start by checking the fuses next to the battery. There a big block fuses that sometimes control more than one thing!!
