first duplicate layer and apply soft light effect from blending options(layers palette-text box where writes Normal,click on arrow and choose Soft Light with top layer selected) if you want to soften edges,duplicate top layer if you want more softness and check if Soft Light is applied on it

Well, in my version of Photoshop I go to File on by the upper left hand corner and click File and I go down and see Arrange Files. Also, it allows me to select in Alphabetical order or other types of arranging order.
