Okay, first you make your belly size a 20 for your first Month/Week/Day witch ever then for the next 35 then 40 then 50 then 60 then 65 then 70 then 75 then 80 and then for the breast size make it 60-70 witch ever you prefer, ok then you can role play your going into labor, then go to a hospital that exsepets any kind of baby that there is and you go through it and then you have the baby!, the baby you can get at the second life marketplace, you type in the search box: Free Baby, Tanned, Boxed or Free Baby, Light, Boxed or Free Baby, Darker, Boxed witch ever skin color you want you should already have opened the baby from the box before you go into labor, for the baby furniture you can type in free baby items or just free baby and see what pops up, (Note: you should have a house or a room before you have a baby) for baby bottles and diapers you can search in the marketplace or on Second life and see what you find or you can just pretend hope I helped
The second part of you question is what you should go for.
If you mean how can you get pregnant in Second Life, you can simply edit your avatar's shape in world to look pregnant. You can then wait 9 months, and go purchase a prim baby as though you had the baby.If you mean how can you actually create a baby, you could do this using the in-world build tools, you could do this by using sculpties, or you could do this by using mesh.
you can find it at second life .com
