Please go to for more information about forms. The site doesn't tell you where the testing would be held. Instead please call a toll free number 1-800-870-3676. I got this number from on the representatives of USCIS. It's an automated phone service that you can place orders for forms to fill out. It would take 5 to 10 business days to deliver. Request form N-600 to get a Certificate of Citizenship. Don't bother trying making other phone calls...I tried and it would get you no where. Wait for the form and fill it out...send it off...then be patient. :0)
