Many Plymouth Voyagers have the J-hook wiper arm. A person has to bring the old blade up, push it down over the hook, and then up over the hook. Next put the new blade over the hook, push it down so the hook goes through the hole, and then back in to catch the bar.

You can't hook up a OBD II scanner to that vehicle, it is too old.

You have to hook up an OBD scanner to it. Most auto parts chains have one available, and can run a code diagnostic for free.
