There should be a hole on the bottom of the disposal unit that an Allen wrench fits into. They are the ones that look like the letter "L". Insert the Allen wrench into the disposal unit and work back and forth until the motor breaks free. Then with a flashlight and patience you will need to fish the screw out.
With the Allen key supplied with the disposal
It it stops unexpectedly look under it. Many have a red re-set button. Push it in and see if it starts. If not, switch it off and insert an Allen wrench in the centre of axle shaft underneath (3/16 or 1/4 Allen) and turn the key back and forward to loosen possible obstructions. Pull the wrench out and switch it on again. If it doesn't start after that, it's dead.
Turn the switch OFF and look below the centre of the garburator. There is an Allen socket in the middle of the motor shaft, fit an Allen wrench (often 3/16 or 1/4 ) into it and turn as water runs through it. Hopefully this will dislodge the obstruction. After removing your Allen wrench turn switch on to test it.
You fit the Allen wrench into the socket in the centre of the motor shaft and turn it either way to dislodge the obstruction. Most disposals take a 3/16 inch Allen Wrench, but some may differ.
First look in with a flashlight to see if anything is in there. take a wooden spoon and try to turn the inside. Lacking that, go underneath the disposal and see if there is a hole you can fit n Allen wrench into (in most cases it came with the disposal)... if so, try to turn it that way. If it turns free and still won't work, replace it.
You can manually operate the sunroof using an Allen wrench if the cables and tracks are not damaged. There is a small square plastic cap to the rear of the switch. It pops open to expose the Allen wrench socket. Simply insert the Allen wrench and turn to open or close.
Could it be that someone in your home is using it for a long time continuously OR using some other device long enough to overload the breaker? Not implying who that some one is
