There are no drain plugs on a Lacrosse's radiator. GM stopped them after 2003 model year. To drain the radiator, you'll need to remove the lower radiator hose.
Beneath the lower radiator hose is the petcock or drain. Be careful when loosening as it is made of plastic.
If there is no petcock on the bottom of the radiator then you must remove the lower radiator hose to drain it.
Open the petcock or remove the lower radiator hose from the radiator.
If you can't find drain plug, just disconnect lower radiator hose.
