AnswerIf it's like a 1999 under vehicle on trans oil pan there are 2 bolts one in middle is drain bolt the one in the corner and up in is the fluid check level bolt with vehicle at operating temp. and running remove check bolt and fluid should be at top of bolt hole or close. things are hot and burns are likely this should be done by a shop. a light should come on in vehicle if trans fluid gets low to add fluid you have to pump it in the check level hole very messy and hot! ( there is no dip stick ) and whomever at Isuzu thought to not install one is a DIPSTICK !Wiki User
