If it is the same as a 1997 cavalier, manual, you will open the hood, look almost directly below the brake fluid reservoir near the back right area of the hood, near the base of the drivers side windshield wiper. Below the brake reservoir, below several hoses, etc., you will see a flip cap handle marked "trans", if I remember correctly. I scraped the heck out of my arm just to get to it, and you can only use fluid purchased from the dealership or else void any warranties. If it's a manual, sorry, I have no idea!
