the Transmission Fluid can be flushed from the bottom there is a secondary reservoir like tank more towards the center not to be confused with the motor oil one. there should be a bolt on it just like the oil one and will drain out like the oil does. to put the transmition fluid in you have to take out the dipstick that measures your trans fuid get a funnel and pour it directly into it. there are special funnels you can get that have a tube like attachment that you can slide into the dipstick hole it will slowly drain into the transmition.
