You write your message in the same place that you send normal tweets (the big white box at the top of the page). Start your tweet with the persons username (@username)
To write to someone in Twitter, an "@", is used in front of their name to symbolise that you are writing to them. It may look something like this: @LiamLuigi Hey, how's it going?
If you want to, yes.
Everyone has a Twitter user name that is @ and then a name ex: @example so you would write @example (using their @ name of course) and then write your tweet to them then send it.
Anything about yourself. You can actually write anything there that you want to share to all your profile visitors in twitter. You can also put some links there, your website URL for example.
Go to their profile and click "block"
You can send a tweet to someone by beginning your tweet with their username (@username)

If you wish to follow someone, go to the profile and click "follow", below the picture. If you want someone to follow you, the person will have to do that.
