The extended family in Mexico usually has pretty strong ties, so in many occasions the child goes with his/her grandparents or aunts.

If the extended family can't or won't be able to take care of the child, he/she will go to an orphanage until his/her parent's status is resolved.

Can you have someone arrested in Mexico for bigamy?

Yes you can. My husband left me to go to Mexico and married a 12 year old child there. Call the Mexican Consule. The laws against bigamy and emotional distress are the same in Mexico as the United States.

Can you be ARRESTED after 5 years for failing to pay child support?

Yes, not only arrested but a person can be jailed for failure to pay child support. HOWEVER, if you go voluntarily to the Child Support office or call, they will try to work out payments. Follow your court order and there won't be problems. Children deserve to be supported by both parents.

Will a child born in Mexico to non-Mexican parents become Mexican?

No, the child's status would be based upon the parents discretion. There have been times when a women will go to Mexico for certain reasons while she's pregnant, but with no intentions on giving birth there and then the women inadvertently does give birth there. The government can not force the child to stay there when the parents are not even citzens of the country. The child would be granted dual citizenship and/or upon the parents discretion giving the citzenship of the country they live in.

Can you live with your boyfriend at the age of twevle?

No. At twelve, the state assumes that you are a child, and they are correct. Your boyfriend will be arrested for rape and/or child endangerment. There would be no appeal because of the age factor. Your boyfriend would go to jail for a very long time and you would probably be sent to Youth Services instead of going back to your parents. Your parents can be arrested too for allowing that to happen. This is NOT a good idea.

Can you go and get your child and not be arrested?

When do children go into foster care?

Children can go into foster care for many reasons. It is a difficult decision to make and is not done lightly. Usually the court will order that a child goes into foster care. But in cases where there is an immediate danger to the child, the authorities can remove the child from the source of danger before asking the courts to consider foster care.Generally the court will rule that a child should go into foster care because the parents are unfit to look after the child. The parents are drug addictsThe parents are alcoholicsThe parents are repeat criminals who are always in and out of police custodyEither of the parents is a registered sex offenderThe parents are too youngThe parents allow a sex offender into their homeThe parents are known to associate with dangerous criminals or have them in their homeThe parents allow people to take drugs in their homeThe parents are abusive to the childEither of the parents has been arrested multiple times for domestic abuse, especially while the child was presentOne parent who is a victim of domestic abuse refuses to press charges against the abuser or end the relationship, putting the child at riskThe parents leave underage children home aloneThe children are not properly fed, clothed or accommodated
