A resteraunt manager will often work in the resteraunt to help keep things running smoothly. Ever heard of a table calling the manager, well that is the case exactly. On the rare ocasion that a manager is not running about the shop meeting the needs of his staff and customers, he can expect to be doing the loads of paperwork that are involved in running a buisness. It is certainly a hectic job.

This is based on observation and the all knowing television in my house, so i would say take a second opinion instead of relying on mine.
